[[Werewolf]] packs have human, [[druid]] allies called emisarries that serve as advisors to their [[alpha]]. Often only the [[alpha]] knows the emissary's identity. [[Derek Hale|Derek]] and [[Cora Hale|Cora]] did not know that [[Dr. Alan Deaton]] was [[Talia Hale|Talia]]'s emissary.
