Pain Siphon
Werewolves have the ability to siphon pain from another living creature through touch. They take some degree of this pain onto themselves, though it seems far less intense than it was in the source.
An alpha is able to transmute this ability into a true healing power, although it will cost them the spark that made them an alpha in the first place. Derek sacrifices his alpha status to save Cora in this way.
