Because Noshiko is near to 900 years old, she had vast power and had formed nine Tails. To combat and eliminate the Nogitsune, Noshiko summoned [[Oni]] using her Tails by sacrificing them. Because Noshiko's Tails were all sacrificed in the fight against the Dark Kitsune, her power was severely depleted, leaving her to being 'technically' a Kitsune.
