Memory Erasure
Memory erasure is the psychic talent to erase, suppress, or wipe memories from the subject's mind. This talent can be accessed through [[telepathy]]. This ability is vital to guarding the secrecy of the supernatural world from the general populance.
The [[Master of the Kanima]] wields this power over his [[Kanima]] servant. Throughout [[Season 2]], [[Matt Daehler]] psychically arranged to have his servant [[Jackson Whittemore]] forget he'd committed murders, including getting rid of evidence, such as the blood on his hands.
[[Werewolf|werewolves]][[Werewolf|Werewolves]] can access this ability with a [[mind meld]]. In [[Season 3]], [[Isaac Lahey]] had his memories of his experience with the [[The Alpha Pack|Alpha Pack]] wiped from his mind. In [[3x02 - Chaos Rising|Chaos Rising]], [[Peter Hale]] was able to the implement the process the opposite way to recovering Isaac's wiped memories, but only partially.
