Most supernaturals have enhanced strength far surpasses that of a regular human. They can perform high powered, athletic, even superhuman feats and maintain a higher endurance level than the regular human.

 

Supernatural creatures typically employ their superior strength in tandem with their enhanced speed, reflexes so to perform advanced martial feats, they can become capable warriors.

 

Superior strength is common amongst shapeshifters relating to their animal strength. These include the were-creatures like the werewolf, as well as demons such as the kanima, the oni and the berserkers. 

 

Born humans can gain their superior strength through the use of rituals. This is exemplified by the depraved, corrupted Druid, called the darach, achieved from performing human sacrifices.
